Robert Kelley Ayala is a strategy consultant, executive coach, and writer with a background in technology and organizational design. He holds an MBA from HEC-Paris and an M.S. in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck College, University of London.

Daniel P. Görtz, Ph.D. in sociology at Lund University, Sweden. Daniel’s doctoral thesis was a close study of on-the-ground police work, decoding racial and ethnic biases and practices in the highly multicultural city of Malmö. He is the author of several books on cultural sociology of “metamodernism”, including The Listening Society.
